All orders will ship BLIND. If paperwork is needed, please indicate as much in the “comment” section during checkout.
Processing and Shipping :
Non-altered blazers that are in-stock typically ship within 2-6 business days after the order is finalized. However, in-stock items requiring customization, such as button switches, take approximately 2-5 weeks for processing, customization, and shipping. The order will be considered finalized upon successful processing of payment. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone regarding backorder status along with an expected ship date. You will have the choice to keep the item on backorder or opt for a refund.
Shipping Costs:
Our standard shipping rates cater to delivery within the 48 contiguous US states using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority. Rush processing and/or shipping options are available at an additional cost. For rates, if not available in the cart, kindly use the contact us form. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and worldwide, though additional charges will apply. For shipments outside the USA, customers are responsible for taxes, customs, and brokerage fees.
International Orders:
Import/custom fees for orders outside the USA are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered in the shipping charges. We cannot accept returned merchandise due to refusal of payment for import fees.
Returns Procedure:
Returns require a mandatory Return Authorization (RA#). Please request an RA# via email at customercare@maxwellparkblazer.com. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees ranging from 10-30%, we waive the re-stocking fee for up to 3 blazers for new customers only, providing we are notified in comment section on Checkout that the order is a SAMPLE. Shipping-related fees are non-refundable, and customers are financially responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Customized Items:
Certain items, such as those with Button Changes, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchange Procedure:
To exchange uniform items, follow the return instructions. Once the original blazer is received back in the below-listed condition, you will be contacted to obtain your payment info to send out the replacement.
Return Conditions:
All returns must be clean, unworn, undamaged, with attached tags, and in a condition that allows resale as new. Products not meeting these criteria will not qualify for a refund. Customers bear return shipping costs if applicable.
Return Shipping Recommendations:
We strongly advise customers to use tracked and insured shipping methods for returns. We cannot be held accountable for orders that are not received or received in damaged condition.
